Karrinyup Shopping Centre was established in 1973, located 12km North of the Perth CBD along the Mitchell Fwy in the Perth suburb of Karrinyup.

The current Shopping Centre was developed in 1973 on a smaller corner site of the Karrinyup Shopping Centre that was previously constructed in 1964.

In 1996 the centre went through an upgrade with the addition of 60 new specialty stores, 500 seat food court.

Bringing Karrinyup Shopping Centre to its current specification of 180 specialty stores spread across 3 levels with visitors being provided with 3035 car bays for easy parking.

Specialty store consisting of David Jones, Myers, Country Road, Gazman, Woolworths, Butcher, Chemist, Hairdresser, Draper, News Agent, Post Office, Banks, as well as a Food Court
